Au sein de cette organisation, notre agence Production d’Energie intervient spécifiquement auprès d’EDF, premier exploitant nucléaire mondial ! Fort de la confiance de notre client, notre activité est en plein essor et nous amène à créer un nouveau poste de Chef d’Equipe H/F à Paluel ou Flamanville.
Vos missions ? Rattaché sur le contrat IEG, votre mission principale est d’organiser, de coordonner et superviser les travaux sur le chantier, en garantissant la sécurité, la qualité et la sûreté des opérations. Vous assurez le management de proximité des équipes, anticipez les besoins en approvisionnements ainsi qu’aux objectifs fixés par le Chef de Chantier. À ce titre, vous êtes en charge :
- Préparer et planifier les interventions selon le planning établi
- Répartir les tâches entre les membres de l’équipe
- Anticiper des approvisionnements
- Identifier les besoins en matériel, outillage et consommables
- Transmettre les demandes en amont pour éviter les ruptures et retards
- Contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux
- Assurer la conformité aux procédures et aux exigences qualité
- Garantir l’application des règles HSE et des consignes nucléaires
- Réaliser les briefings sécurité quotidiens
- Encadrer et motiver l’équipe
- Identifier les besoins en formation et en habilitations
- Remonter les informations au Chef de Chantier (avancement, incident, besoins)
- Tenir à jour les documents de suivi chantier
Le profil idéal ? De formation technique (Bac Pro), vous avez acquis 5 ans d’expériences sur un poste similaire, idéalement sur CNPE ou en environnement industriel.
