Overview

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join the team in Kings Oak Primary School, Bondfield Close, Wells Ln, Wombwell, Barnsley S73 8TX on a permanent basis.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £12.71 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

07:00 to 15:30 Mon to Fri – with 1hr unpaid lunch

What you will deliver

The role expects you to be a key holder and covers all aspects of general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, maintenance of the external site including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between EQUANS and the school. Occasional overtime may be required in order to deliver the services we are contractually obliged to provide.

DBS clearance

For this role you must undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
