We're looking for an organised, proactive Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced site environment where no two days are the same - you'll be the go-to point of contact for contractors, engineers, and deliveries, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing
- Signing contractors in and out, ensuring accurate site access records are maintained
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
- Liaising with and chasing engineers for job updates and progress reports
- Monitoring ongoing job progress and ensuring tasks are tracked to completion
- Updating and maintaining trackers to keep information accurate and current
- Allocating incoming deliveries to the correct contacts on site
