Equans is seeking a Building Fabric Engineer / Handyperson for a temporary 2 months contract in North London (EN5).
The role covers hands-on building fabric maintenance, repairs and upkeep across the site, including painting, decorating and ironmongery tasks.
Responsibilities include inspecting defects, carrying out repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring safety and presentation of the building fabric in line with site procedures.
