Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a part‑time Helpdesk Administrator to join our facilities team based at the University of Brighton in Brighton (Mithras House, Lewes Rd).
This is a permanent position working 15 hours per week from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Support the Helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on the CAFM System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers.
- Answer switchboard incoming calls.
- Log Service Requests/Work Orders received by email or telephone on CAFM System.
- Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs.
- Provide administration support to the department.
- Work 15 hours per week from 09:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems).
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service/call‑centre role is desirable.
- Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable.
