Equans is seeking a Project Manager to join our Digital Business on a permanent, full-time basis, delivering critical upgrades and improvements to Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure for clients across the UK. The role involves preparing sites to become ‘Smart enabled’ and leveraging IoT solutions to generate social, economic, and environmental benefits. Projects will range from £200k to £3m, with multiple projects ongoing simultaneously.
Key Activities
- Deliver BMS infrastructure upgrades across various sectors, including commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and government, nationwide.
- Lead, guide, and coach project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance with policies and standards such as GDPR, BS, ISO.
- Use industry best practices for project management and oversee project finances and resources.
Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., APMP, APM(PMQ), Prince2).
