Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Birmingham and the surrounding areas on a full‑time basis.

- Key Activities
- Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
- Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns and participating in a reactive call‑out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on‑call availability and attendance.
- Continuous
Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to recommend system enhancements, preparing thorough reports and clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
- Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):
- Trend
- Tridium
- Distech
- Siemens
- Niagara
- Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- BPSS vetting
