Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Project Manager to join our team on our contract with Birmingham Schools on a permanent basis. You will be based predominantly in Birmingham but there may be travel to other areas such as Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and the South West on occasion. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • The Lifecycle Project Manager is a regional role covering both Birmingham Schools contracts, providing both a technical lead around asset management and project delivery of each Lifecycle plan.
  • Being responsible for leading on any key technical disciplines that relate to building infrastructure.
