Equans is seeking a HR Advisor to join our Midlands and Wales team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This full-time, 37.5 hour week role offers hybrid working with travel to sites across the region.
You will deliver first-line HR support for a multi-site contract of approximately 1,600 colleagues, partnering with HRBPs and line managers to drive engagement, change management and compliance while ensuring cost control and delivery of people initiatives.
