EQUANS is seeking a senior FM operations leader to drive the delivery of Hard and Soft facilities management across 17 PFI schools.
You will oversee frontline teams, ensure contractual obligations, and drive continuous improvement while minimising disruption to teaching and learning.
You will work with Technical Compliance and Lifecycle managers to maintain compliance, reporting, and efficiency, focusing on performance management and workflow control.
