Equans is looking for a Contract Administrator - PPM & Compliance to join our team on our Birmingham schools contract at Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1JU on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
To provide a customer focused Helpdesk Service, dealing with all client/customer requests, managing all complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner. Respond to all calls in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and records maintained.
What will you deliver?
- Coordinate and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple sites
- Track statutory compliance activities and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and evidence
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of works PPM & Corrective works
- Maintain compliance trackers and CAFM systems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support continuous improvement
- Raise and manage Coupa purchase orders

Who are we looking for?
- Experience in facilities, compliance, or operational coordination desirable
- Strong understanding of PPM and statutory compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise a varied and demanding workload
- Accuracy with figures
- Intermediate experience to create and produce excel spreadsheets
- Office and finance background preferred
