Equans is looking for an Apprentice Electrician to join our team on the HMCTS Contract based in Birmingham. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 48 months on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and take the first step in building a rewarding career in electrical maintenance and installation. You will gain hands-on experience on-site while working towards your electrical qualifications, learning from our skilled Technical Operatives and Electrical Leads. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain technical skills in a real-world environment, while also contributing to the delivery of high-quality electrical services across a variety of properties.

What will you deliver?

  • Actively engage in personal development and apprenticeship training
  • Assist with maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems
  • Learn to read and interpret design drawings, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
  • Take responsibility for company tools and ensure they are well maintained
  • Deliver services to the highest standards in line with Equans’ customer care values and policies

  • Previous work experience
  • A passion for facilities management
  • Due to the nature of the contract, successful postholder must be able to obtain and maintain Security Vetting.
