Equans is recruiting a Helpdesk Coordinator for our Bellshill site to join the Business Support Centre. This full-time role (37.5 hours) is temporary for 6 months with a salary of £27,500–£28,860 and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will log calls, assign work to resources, monitor SLAs, generate reports, and provide first line support for GeniePoint EV charging customers, while handling admin tasks as required.
