Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working in Partnership with the Belfast Housing Executive in social housing. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
General Overview
The Multi-Skilled Plumber is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing and associated systems within residential and commercial properties managed by the company. This role combines expertise in plumbing with skills in related trades such as heating systems, minor electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to ensure properties operate efficiently and safely.
What will you deliver?
- Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing toilets.
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards.
- Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting, as well as patch plastering as required.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Any other reasonable management request.

Who are we looking for?
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Valid CSCS / JIB card.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing
- Full UK driving license.
