Overview
EQUANS is recruiting a Multi-skilled Operative to be based in Belfast. This permanent full-time role works 37.5 hours per week. The offer includes a competitive salary, van and fuel card, and benefits package.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out various multi-trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company, including:
- Grounds work
- Carpentry/Joinery
- Roof works
- Painting and decorating
Qualifications
- Previous trades experience.
- Valid CSR card.
- Up to date industry related knowledge.
- Understanding of social housing/local government.
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Current and valid full & clean UK driving licence.
- Basic Access NI check prior to commencing employment.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK required.
