Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Woodland View Hospital, Ayrshire & Arran NHS Trust. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of contracted services, including statutory compliance, reactive and corrective works, supply chain, lifecycle, and variation works.
- Overseeing budget and P&L responsibilities, leading an operational team of 6 FTEs.
- Ensuring contractual and legislative compliance, managing risks, and developing relationships with stakeholders.
- Leading technical and operational aspects of the contract, including quality assurance, work order management, and strategic initiatives.
