Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Sutton, London
Salary: ÂŁ41,812
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, supporting a key contract across Chelsea and Sutton. Reporting to the Technical A/C Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across various client sites, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with safety and sustainability standards. This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule and may require occasional shift work, including evenings and weekends, for which additional allowances are provided.

What we’re looking for / Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning maintenance
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in facilities management environments
- PASMA, IPAF, and IET 18th Edition qualifications (desirable)
