Equans is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Motherwell on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday 08:00 – 13:30. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role holder will work at a busy reception desk. They will be responsible for signposting members of staff, public, and visitors to relevant services and businesses within the building. They will also be responsible for recording and reporting repairs, orders, and telephone enquiries, security, keeping both electronic/paper diaries, and reporting directly to the property manager.

  • Manage all enquiries from the public who enter the property.
  • Deal with meeting room bookings for both parties and the public.
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Coordinate room bookings and meetings effectively.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as and when required.
