Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Works Co‑ordinator to join our Facilities Management team at Central Middlesex University Hospital in Park Royal, NW10 7NS.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all pricing and executing all small works at the Hospital.
- Effectively manage and develop the service across the estate, using standards set by the Company.
- Contribute to the contract, maintaining a close liaison with the Client / EQUANS Management team to ensure small‑works requirements are met.
- Lead on PPM site delivery, ensuring deadlines are achieved and remedial actions are taken to maintain site compliance.
- Deliver high‑quality Small Works projects within the Hospital estate, applying professional expertise and management control to add value, increase productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
In some instances, fabric/building services skills will be required.
- Exercise financial and commercial control in the management of expenditure and income within agreed budgets.
- Maximise profitability of Hard FM operations, reviewing the strategy regularly to minimise costs.
- Work 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a one‑hour unpaid break.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within FM and working in a maintenance environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and management systems).
- Well‑organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
- Knowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirable.
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
- Relocation package not offered; a Disclosure check may be required.
