Equans is looking for a Technical Compliance Coordinator to join our team based at Pinderfields Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.

Working at the heart of an acute healthcare estate, contributing directly to patient safety, statutory compliance, and long-term asset reliability. Reporting directly to the Compliance and Quality Manager with responsibility for Technical Compliance administration duties on a day-to-day basis.

What will you deliver?

  • Design, implement, and maintain data quality checks and controls across key datasets and systems.
  • Produce regular data quality dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data issues.
  • Log, track, and prioritise data quality issues using agreed governance processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify whether issues are process, system, or people related.
  • Work with data owners, system administrators, and management to agree and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor remediation plans and confirm resolution effectiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data quality standards, rules, and business definitions.
  • Ensure data handling aligns with organisational quality governance frameworks.
  • Assist with metadata management and data lineage documentation where required.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, data owners, IT, and Management teams.
  • Clearly communicate data quality risks and impacts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on improving data capture and usage.
  • Recommend process and system enhancements to prevent future data quality issues.
  • Support data quality maturity assessments and improvement plans.
  • Contribute to audits, assurance activities, and regulatory submissions where data quality is critical.
  • Supporting the creation and submission of scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with client representatives, sub-contractors, and Equans employees.

Who are you?

  • CAFM systems (Maximo) experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience with document control / asset data.
  • Awareness of health & safety principles.
  • Data integrity, document control, and process mapping.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Data Audit and Validation experience.
  • Healthcare estates exposure is desirable.
  • Standard DBS check required.
  • Must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
