Equans is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Trainee Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team based in Hatfield. For this role we offer a salary range between £21,000-£24,000. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in estimating within the construction and refurbishment sector.

You’ll support the Estimating function in producing accurate and competitive tender submissions, working closely with Senior Estimators, Operations teams and the wider supply chain. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full tender lifecycle — from site surveys and take-offs through to adjudication and submission. A driving licence is preferred for this role.
