EQUANS is looking for a Technical Administrator to join our facilities team based at our Equinox North office in Bradley Stoke, BS32 4QL. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Technical Administration support to our Bristol/Oxford Local Investment Finance Trust (LIFT) contract providing key administration management for one hospital and 8 health centres
- PPM reporting and collation of data stream
- Raising of pay notices and invoices
- Contractor and stakeholder management, document control, project reports, commercial and financial data monitoring, procurement and purchasing.
- Monitoring performance of sub-contractors
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Preferably Maximo trained, however job specific training can be provided
- Preferably experience of using SAP & Coupa finance and purchasing systems.
