Equans is looking for a Part‑time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Southampton Combined Court. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, with a salary of £20,904.00 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10.30 – 17.00

Responsibilities:

  • To manage standards to meet contractual obligations.
  • To support self‑auditing of standards.
  • To support stock management and ordering.
  • To deliver toolbox talks.
  • To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential.
  • To perform cleaning duties.
  • To organise cover for sickness and annual leave.
