Equans is looking for a Soft Service Supervisor to join our team covering multiple Schools across the Birmingham area. Based out of Regeneration House, B46 1JU you will work 37.5 hours a week on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of £30,000.00 per annum and benefits package. Shift Pattern 7.5 hours per day. Shifts between 6am – 7pm daily and to be agreed on a weekly basis with Line Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that a safe and high quality cleaning service is delivered across the schools campus, maintaining a sanitary, clean and tidy environment.
- Supervise, motivate and support the cleaning team for specified sites to deliver a high-quality service in line with contract requirements.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, training, rotas and cover to ensure effective staffing for all cleaning duties, including periodic and deep cleans.
- Monitor performance by conducting regular cleaning audits, managing open jobs to prevent SLA failures, and providing prompt responses and solutions to service issues.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
