EQUANS UK & Ireland is offering an Apprentice Highway Operative role based from the Welwyn depot.

You will train under supervision toward an apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative L2, supporting installation, maintenance and fault-finding on street lighting assets.

Full training provided with emphasis on safety, PPE use, and recording work details.

You will work to develop electrical knowledge and practical skills while supporting crews on site and engaging with the public
