Equans is looking for a Senior Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Wath upon Dearne due to increase with work loads.
This is a full-time role.

General Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Retrofit Coordinators in the Yorkshire regions (OU1) alongside the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey and Trustmark Compliance on both survey and technical solutions on individual schemes as allocated
What will you deliver?
- To support Retrofit Coordinators in OU1 in the day to day running of schemes
- To produce and collate management data of Scheme Trackers in line with current requirements
- To work closely with the Sustainability management team / Retrofit Coordination Manager in providing and allocating training and CPD to the Retrofit Coordinators in OU1
- To work closely with The Retrofit Coordination Manager in allocating workloads to the team
- To be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the OU1, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using Rd SAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on Trust Mark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding
- Be the main technical point of contact for Retrofit Coordination and energy modelling and manage relationship with key client stakeholders delighting and exceeding customers expectations
- Set up, implement and work with external survey partners on delivering retrofit projects/schemes

Who are we looking for?
- Retrofit Coordinator qualified.
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
- OCDEA
- Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
- Experience of working with surveying under SHDF/ECO/LAD
- Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works
- Proven ability to manage teams delivering against specific output objectives.
- Experience In managing and leading a team(s)
- Minimum of 5 years working with the construction industry in general
- Full UK driving license
