Equans is looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Reading on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI’s are met.
  • Log and assign jobs on CAFM systems and other customer‑based systems, ensuring all systems are continuously updated.
  • Liaise with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting information when requested, and issue purchase orders when required.
  • Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resources.
  • Liaise with courier companies when required to arrange sample collections.
  • Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of action to effectively manage workloads across the wider team.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa & Planon) essential.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.
  • Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image.
  • Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery.
  • Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable.
  • Health and safety awareness.
