Equans is recruiting for a Caretaker to join our team in Ken Stimpson School, Staniland Way, Peterborough PE46JY. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,010.00 per annum and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for facilities requests
  • Carrying out basic maintenance, repairs, and planned tasks
  • Opening and closing buildings and ensuring site security
  • Responding to on-site emergencies
  • Maintaining cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and car parks
  • Liaising with school staff, management, and contractors
  • Supporting a 24/7 on-call rota
