Equans is looking for a Performance Manager to join our team in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Performance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of Contract Performance through the analysis of CAFM data. You will ensure that all services are measured and reported consistently to the required standard and that they meet the specific requirements of the FM Contract, Authority Requirements (PA), and our clients. Also, you will work with the operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement in delivery and service performance. This role is office based β working 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
What will you deliver:
- Support the Account Managers by producing monthly deduction and service reports, daily/weekly updates, and other reports as required.
- Monitor performance of the contract daily to identify trends and minimise failures by providing advice, feedback, and updates to the team in the promotion of best practice in relation to payment mechanism deductions.
- Develop, agree, and review processes necessary to deliver the contract.
- Provide and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Identify issues and pro-actively offer solutions to improve performance, including implementation of action/improvement plans where required.
- Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- Attend and present monthly reporting outcomes to the client.
- Develop, deliver and action a programme of customer satisfaction surveys.
- Undertake root-cause and trend analysis of performance data, ascertaining trends.

Who are we looking for?
- A proven experience in operational administration.
- Facilities Management experience desirable.
- Experience of Maximo and other CAFM systems advantageous.
