Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Payroll Team Lead to join our Payroll and Benefits team at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role is based in a modern Shared Services office and offers a salary and benefits package.

You will manage day-to-day team activities, ensure SLA/KPI targets are met, coach team members, and drive process improvements in payroll operations, working closely with the Payroll Manager and SAP teams.
