Equans is recruiting for a Part Time Premises Assistant to join the team in Lillian Bayliss Technology School, 323 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5QY. This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week. Pay is £14,258.40 per annum and includes a benefits package. Shift Times Monday – Friday 18:00 – 22:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage site access and security
- Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
- Keep accurate records
- Coordinate with contractors and hirers
- Support customer service
- Cover for the Premises Manager when needed to ensure the facility remains safe, clean and well-organized

Qualifications
