Part Time Cleaner – Equans UK & Ireland
Location: Bury St Edmunds, England (Bury Saint Edmunds County Court, IP33 1TR)
Position Type: Part-time, permanent (20 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £12.40 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 11:00 – 15:00
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the building to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety.
- Adhere to all Equans policies, procedures and standards.
- Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste removal and disinfection.
- Communicate professionally with staff and the general public.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner in a customer‑focused environment.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Current DBS clearance (ideally not older than 12 months).
- Ability to acquire BPSS vetting – baseline personnel standard (BPSS) and DBS checks.
- Right to work in the UK.
