Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on a 3‑week rolling rota, 5 days from 7am.
What will you deliver?
- Provide a customer‑focused Helpdesk service, supporting the needs of the Hospital, dealing accurately with all client/customer requests and managing complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner.
- Receive calls in hours and out of hours with a professional manner.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning them to the system when complete.
- Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office and management systems.
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable.
- Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable.
