Equans is recruiting a part‑time Helpdesk Administrator for the estates team at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. This is a permanent role of 25 hours per week, from 17:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a customer‑focused helpdesk service, accurately handling all client/customer requests and managing complaints sensitively and efficiently.
  • Answer calls during and outside of hours in a professional manner.
  • Support the planned maintenance programme by printing job dockets and returning them to the system upon completion.
  • Provide professional support to customers and their needs.
  • Assist with administration tasks within the department.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and management systems.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Capability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service/call‑centre role is desirable.
  • Experience using a CAFM system (e.g., Maximo) is desirable.

Work Hours & Location

25 hours per week, from 17:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday. Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
