Overview

EQUANS are recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to be based in Oldham. This is a full-time fixed term contract for 12 months working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage complaints ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional approach is always maintained
  • Support the branch in delivering a high-level service
  • Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
  • Ensure timescales and KPI’s are met when dealing with complaints and enquiries
  • Build confidence with the client
  • Produce weekly & monthly reports for Clients / branch
  • Produce monthly reports for Directors
  • Meet with Management team to go through formal complaints and ensure they are closed off properly
  • Have good Client relationships
  • Liaise with Out of Hours team ensuring all information is current and up to date
  • Process tenant claims for damage
