Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join the Employee Services team in Newcastle on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hrs per week). You will process payroll and benefits, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and support pension administration across a complex UK employee base.
You will liaise with line managers and HR partners, manage tax codes, RTI, and auto-enrolment, and contribute to a culture of service excellence and compliance within the Shared Services.
