Equans is looking for a Multi‑trade Technician to join our team covering Brighton (Mobile). This is a full‑time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Carry out allocated planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule, including fire door, water hygiene (L8), and emergency lighting checks.
- Perform general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and installation of furniture/equipment.
- Maintain clean and tidy common areas, plant rooms, storerooms and undertake landscaping duties as required.
- Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, attend reactive calls, and keep maintenance records up to date.
