Equans is looking for a Multi‑trade Technician to join our team covering Brighton (Mobile). This is a full‑time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Carry out allocated planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule, including fire door, water hygiene (L8), and emergency lighting checks.
  • Perform general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and installation of furniture/equipment.
  • Maintain clean and tidy common areas, plant rooms, storerooms and undertake landscaping duties as required.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, attend reactive calls, and keep maintenance records up to date.

  • Experienced facility maintenance professional with proven FM environment experience.
  • Good understanding of the FM industry and the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced, high‑profile settings.
  • Confident communicator across all levels, with a strong team focus and leadership potential.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualified with solid PC skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised to high standards, maintaining safety and professionalism.
