Equans is looking for a Joiner to join our team in Leeds working on their repairs and maintenance contract on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm with 30mins for lunch.

What will you deliver?

  • Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.
  • Compliance with specification.
  • Provide a multi‑skilled trade service, working on the allocated site.
  • Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project.
  • Assist in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment Service including the monitoring of a team of Trade Operatives.
  • Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
  • Escalate any issue of concern/potential concern to the Supervisor/Manager as required to ensure a pro‑active approach is maintained and service delivery is not impacted.
  • Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules.
  • Use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site‑based documentation.

  • Up to date relevant industry related knowledge.
  • Understanding of local government.
  • Experience of Partnership arrangements.
  • Current and Valid Full driving licence.
