Equans is looking for a Contract Manager to join our team at Manchester Joint Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company car or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Reporting into the Account Director, the Contract Manager is responsible for managing the technical team and for the smooth running of the lifecycle contract. To establish strong working relationships on site and with the client, acting as a representative of EQUANS and presenting a professional image at all times.

We are looking for an experienced Account or Contract Manager who is proactive and delivery focused to support the operation of this PFI Lifecycle Healthcare account. The Contract Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving delivery through excellent service and strategic account management. This is a complex PFI contract delivering Hard FM. Previous experience with PFI and healthcare would be beneficial, a technical background and previous experience with managing KPI’s and SLA is essential.

What will you deliver?

  • Ensure delivery of the lifecycle plan in-line with the forecast
  • Ensure reporting periods within the contract are met with compliant reports
  • Develop the short and long-term lifecycle plan in line with the contract
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor account performance and resolve client issues promptly and effectively
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports and business reviews
  • Ensure best value is being achieved at all times
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Support marketing and product teams with client feedback for continuous improvement
