EQUANS is seeking a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our ROC in Stoke-on-Trent on a 6 month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 08:00-16:30 or 09:30-18:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break.

You will plan and dispatch maintenance works, support engineers and site managers, and ensure tasks meet SLA while using the CAFM system.
