Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Finisher to join our team in Long Bennington on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Multi Skilled Finisher at Equans, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishing for Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) heating installations. Your expertise will ensure that all associated structural and aesthetic tasks are completed promptly, safely, and to the high standards expected by Equans and its clients.
What will you deliver?
- Perform brick up works around ASHP units and associated pipework to ensure secure and tidy installations.
- Execute plaster patching and repairs on walls and surfaces affected during installation.
- Prepare and lay slab bases as required for equipment stability and support.
- Construct and fit boxing-in to conceal pipes and ductwork neatly.
- Install loft boarding to facilitate access and safety around ASHP system components.
- Collaborate closely with heating engineers, electricians, and site teams to coordinate finishing trades.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Equans safety standards.
- Report progress and any on-site issues to supervisors promptly.

- Proven experience in bricklaying, plastering, and general finishing works within heating or mechanical installations.
- Familiarity with ASHP or HVAC system installations is an asset.
- Good understanding of building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
