Equans is recruiting for a Part Time Premises Assistant to join the team in Lillian Bayliss Technology School, 323 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5QY. This is a permanent part‑time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £14,258.40 per annum and a benefits package.

Monday - Friday 18:00pm - 22:00pm
What will you deliver?
As a Premises Assistant, you will manage site access and security, carry out routine maintenance and safety checks, keep accurate records, and coordinate with contractors and hirers. You will also support customer service and cover for the Premises Manager when needed, ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and well‑organized.

Who we are looking for?
- Experience in a customer‑facing role is desirable
- Good reading and writing skills
- Basic computer literacy or willingness to train as required
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
