What will you deliver?

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventive maintenance to deadline and maintain paperwork to support PPM activities. You will respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s. Manage sub‑contractors as necessary, working to a safe system of work and permit‑to‑work system. Undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed. Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on‑call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience; AP in HV desirable; F‑gas qualification essential.
  • Experience in building services maintenance is essential.
  • Willingness to attain cross‑skilling and IT Literate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills.
  • Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems.
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment an advantage.
  • Must have a good understanding of health & safety best practice; formal training an advantage.
