Overview of the Contract Administrator role at Equans UK & Ireland at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, Essex. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Interpret and action service sheets, insurance reports and other correspondence, highlighting follow on works where required to conclusion, to ensure contractual KPI/SLA and commercial compliance.
- Support the Senior Operations Manager in collating and presenting the information required for monthly internal and contract reporting, H&S returns and other reporting.
- Work with the Performance team to analyse trends from maintenance records, CAFM information and other means. Produce reports as required for ad hoc queries.
- Support the Operations team in responding to stakeholder enquiries, attending site tours, ensuring inductions are carried out and RAMS are reviewed.
- Data input to various monitoring and recording systems and databases.
- Own the management and updating of Maintenance records and forward Lifecycle schedules.
- Proactively implement automation and streamlining of processes and record keeping, ensuring that SharePoint and hard copy filing system is maintained and duplication is avoided. Ensure that the data library is up to date and archiving is carried out.
- Support and provide cover for the FM Admin and Contract Admin roles as required.

Who are you?
- Contract administration support or service delivery administration in a technical or Hard FM environment, with experience or qualifications in a mechanical or electrical field.
- Ability to interpret data from service reports, allocate actions and follow standard operating procedures to ensure contract KPI's/SLA's are met.
- Excellent IT skills, fully adept in the use of Microsoft Office, Power BI and dedicated software management systems. Able to create, maintain and manage live spreadsheets and produce reports.
- Excellent analytical skills, to be able to identify trends and anomalies, with the ability and attention to detail to interpret their findings and report in a concise manner.
- Experienced in Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems, preferably Maximo.
- IOSH or other relevant H&S qualification (Desirable).
- Experience and able to navigate through Statutory and Regulatory information, including British Standards, Healthcare Technical Memorandum and Contract Schedules (Desirable).
- This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
