Equans is looking for an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Haringey on a full-time, fixed term basis with a salary range between £21,000-£25,000. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, works schedules, and updates.
- Support residents during refurbishment or maintenance projects, providing timely responses to any questions or concerns.
- Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community engagement events to represent Equans positively.
- Help record resident feedback and update tracking systems in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate access arrangements, appointments, and special support requirements for residents.
- Ensure resident homes are treated with care and respect throughout all works.
