Equans is looking for a Sustainability Compliance Officer to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis to support the Regional Sustainability Team in adhering to scheme delivery requirements in line with funding and accreditation requirements and maintaining the necessary associated accreditations. This role will be responsible for collating, validating and preparing PAS 2030:2023 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance. This is a full‑time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Producing all necessary paperwork associated with the installation of Energy Efficiency measures in line with the PAS 2030:2023 process.
- Working closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators to ensure PAS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmes.
- Maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and passing this knowledge onto the wider regional team.
- Providing compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
- Ensuring that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.
- Ensuring all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to.
- Engaging with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects.

Qualifications
- Educated to A‑level (or equivalent) in a related subject
- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Understanding of low‑carbon and energy efficiency technologies
- Prior experience delivering work under Government‑led incentive schemes
- Understanding of the sustainability sector and its compliance requirements
- Driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
