Equans is looking for a Cleaner to join the team at Equans, Flaxton House, Greenmount Terrace, LS11 6BX on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. Salary of £12.71 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 08:00am to 16:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of company properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
  • Empty and dispose of waste bins and recycling containers.
  • Spot and report any maintenance or safety hazards.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
