Equans is looking for a Head Caretaker to join our team working in Arthur Terry School, Kittoe Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4RZ. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. Salary of £32,800.00 per annum along with a benefits package. Shift Times Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shift between opening hours 6:00 am – 7:00 pm.
What Will You Deliver?
- Responsible for supervising a team of caretakers and delivering caretaking and premises upkeep within 6 schools.
- Establishing close working relationships with school and community groups.
- Ensuring all services meet a consistently high standard in accordance with the Project Agreement.
Qualifications or Required Experience
- Relevant continuous working experience providing FM services including litter control and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
- Experience supervising / managing a team.
- Experience producing risk assessments.
