Divisional Manager in Hatfield

Equans is looking for a Divisional Manager to join our team in Hatfield. This is a full-time permanent role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

You will provide clear leadership, strategic direction and operational support to the region’s Construction and Commercial teams.

Leading Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Commercial, Technical and Development colleagues, you will foster a positive culture built on accountability, collaboration and high performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring that teams deliver against the division’s targets and aspirations, in line with the business plan, company processes and procedures.

Through effective leadership, stakeholder management and a strong focus on operational excellence, you will help drive successful project delivery, commercial performance and the continued growth of the division .

What will you deliver?

• responsibility forrefurbishment, retrofit and fire remediation schemes, including initial BD involvementand input in securing opportunities to increasethecompany’soffering in this market
• Developand Leadyour team to achieve optimum turnover and profit in excess of the set targets
• Ensure a robust approach to development ensuring risk is clearly understood and opportunities are maximizedthroughinnovativeteam work from all departments
• Assist the Commercial Department in order to ensure effective financial management of schemes during pre-commencement and delivery.
• To ensure ongoing training and development ofallteam members.
• Ensure SHEQ targets and initiatives are met by leading by example and taking direct interest in individual contracts and selecting competent staff
• Minimise the Environmental impact of our processes by utilizing the business processes and sustainable managementand techniques
