Equans is recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to join the team at the Royal Courts of Justice, Stand, Strand, London WC2A 2L. This is a permanent full‑time role working 40 hours per week. Salary is £32,000 per annum with a benefits package. Shift Times Monday to Friday working 08:30 – 17:00.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites.
- Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SHEQ standards.
- Manage staffing, absences, recruitment, and performance.
- Maintain equipment, stock, and safe working environments.
- Train teams to BICS and Equans standards.
- Resolve client issues and conduct site audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Facilities Supervisor or within the cleaning industry (essential).
- Supervisory experience across multiple sites (essential).
- Full clean driving licence (essential).
